A preliminary plat of Rachels Wood Subdivision has been
submitted by Donovan & Sandra Tousignant. This proposed
subdivision is approximately 11 acres and is situated on the
west side of Dodd Boulevard, just south of 120th Street West.
This plat is an adjustment of a common lot line of two existing
metes and bounds Tots; no additional parcels will be created.
Both resulting parcels will be conforming RRRuralResidential
lots.
City staff is completing its review of the preliminary plat and
the Planning Commission will review it at their November 26th
Regular Meeting.
The City Council is required to hold a public hearing on
preliminary plats. Planning staff recommends that a hearing be
set for the December 3, 1991 Regular Council Meeting.
RECOMMENDED ACTION: MOTION to set a public hearing at 8:00 p.m.,
December 3, 1991 to consider Rachels Wood
Subdivision preliminary plat.

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
NOTICE Is HEREBY GSIVEN, the City Council of the City of Rosemount
will hold a Public Hearing to consider the item listed below on
Tuesday, December 3, 1991 in the Council Chambers of the City
Hall, 2875 145th Street West, beginning at 8:00 p.m. or as soon
thereafter as possible. The Public Hearing listed below pertains
to 11.13 acres of property situated at the southwest corner of
120th Street and Dodd Boulevard and addressed as 12055 Dodd
Boulevard. The legal description of the properties involved are
on file at City Hall and available for public inspection.
The purpose of this hearing is to consider the Rachels Wood
preliminary plat as petitioned by Sandra Tousignant. This plat
involves modification of the boundaries of existing parcels of
property in the RR Rural Residential District resulting in two
parcels that are in conformance with minimum lot size for the
Rural Residential District.
Persons wishing to speak on this proposed preliminary plat are
invited to attend this meeting on Tuesday. December 3, 1991 at
8:00 p.m.
