Resolutions �W' Attached for your review are two separate Premise Permit Applications from the Rosemount Jaycees and Rosemount VFW Post #9433 for renewal of their gambling licenses to have pulltabs at Shenanigans and the VFW respectively. Effective dates are March 1, 1992 to March 1, 1994 and are good for a two- year period according to State law. Police Chief Knutsen has reviewed the applications and is recommending approval by the City Council. RECOMMENDED ACTION: Motion to adopt A RESOLUTION APPROVING A MINNESOTA LAWFUL GAMBLING PREMISE PERMIT APPLICATION for the Rosemount Jaycees and the Rosemount VFW Post #9433. COUNCIL ACTION: CITY OF ROSEMOUNT DAKOTA COUNTY# MINNESOTA RESOLUTION 1991 - A RESOLUTION APPROVING A MINNESOTA LAWFUL GAMBLING PREMISE PERMIT APPLICATION WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rosemount received a Premise Permit Application from the Rosemount VFW Post #9433 to conduct lawful gambling within the City of Rosemount at Rosemount VFW Post #9433, 2625 120th Street West. WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the Premise Permit Application and received a recommendation from the Chief of Police to approve said application. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Rosemount approve the Premise Permit Application submitted by the Rosemount VFW Post #9433 for the conduct of lawful gambling at the VFW during the period of March 1, 1992 to March 1, 1994.
