This item consists of authorization for final payment for construction
of Pumphouse #8 in the amount of $10,845.50 to Richmar Construction,
Inc.
We have received all documents required for final payment such as:
1. Consent of Surety
2. Minnesota Department of Revenue IC -134 from Contractor and
Sub -Contractors
3. Lien Waiver from the Contractor and Sub -Contractors
RECOMMENDED ACTION: Motion to approve Final Pay Estimate #5 in the
amount of $10,845.50 to Richmar Construction for Pumphouse #8.
COUNCIL ACTION:
Approved.
