Originally the public hearing for the Minor Guide. Plan Amendment to clarify
Waste Management and Public elements of the Plan was scheduled for October
15, 1991. Due to an error in publishing a notice for that hearing, the
date was rescheduled to November 5 during a Special Council meeting on
October 3. This item has been placed on the Council's agenda to notify
all persons present at tonight's meeting of the rescheduled date of
November 5, 1991 at 8:00 p.m The hearing notice has been submitted to the
Farmington Independent for publication.
