Dear Steve:
Koch Refining is pleased to join with residents, Ducks
Unlimited and the City of Rosemount in the Valley Oak Pond
wetlands development project in Rosemount.
As you know, the City and Ducks Unlimited approached Koch
Refining about its interest in this matter, and the refinery
agreed to provide the necessary support to proceed with the
project.
This wet pond development is a winner for the environment, the
city and the residents. We are proud to be a part of the team in
this worthy project.
Sincerely,
r
