Rosemount, MN 55068 Dear Steve: Koch Refining is pleased to join with residents, Ducks Unlimited and the City of Rosemount in the Valley Oak Pond wetlands development project in Rosemount. As you know, the City and Ducks Unlimited approached Koch Refining about its interest in this matter, and the refinery agreed to provide the necessary support to proceed with the project.
