Since this preliminary plat has been approved as part of an overall
Plat and PUD agreement, no separate public hearing is necessary for
the 4th Addition preliminary plat.
There will be discussion on the final plat under "Old Business".
RECOMMENDED ACTION: MOTION TO RESCIND MOTION SETTING A PUBLIC HEARING
FOR COUNTRY HILLS 4TH ADDITION PRELIMINARY PLAT APPROVAL.
