Attached is an Application for temporary beer license to allow Dakota
County 40 & 8, Voiture 1457 to sell beer at their annual chicken barbecue
held during Leprechaun Days. The temporary beer license would be for July
27-28, 1991 at the American Legion.
The applicant has paid the $30 application fee.
It is my recommendation that Council approve the temporary on -sale beer
license subject to the City receiving a Certificate of Insurance for the
liquor liability insurance.
Police Chief Knutsen has reviewed this application, and he indicated he
sees no reason why this application should be denied.
RECOMMENDED ACTION: MOTION TO APPROVE AN ON -SALE NON -INTOXICATING
LIQUOR LICENSE FOR DAKOTA COUNTY 40 & 8, VOITURE 1457, FOR JULY 27
AND 28, 1991 SUBJECT TO THE CITY RECEIVING PROOF OF APPROPRIATE
LIQUOR LIABILITY INSURANCE.

hereby submit this application for a TEMPORARY ON -SALE NON -
INTOXICATING MALT LIQUOR LICENSE for the purpose of selling non -
intoxicating malt liquor during the event of Chicken Barbeque

in accordance with the provisions of Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 340,
and the applicable ordinances of the City of Rosemount. The sale of
non -intoxicating malt liquor will be located at
American Legion Grounds, 14590 Burma Ave and will commence on

Applicant, and his/her associates in this application, will strictly
comply with all liquor regulations as set out in the Official City
Code of the City of Rosemount.
