D/BY• / 1� In July, the Metropolitan Council reviewed and approved the City's Minor Comprehensive Guide Plan Amendment pertaining to the Sowles proposal to establish an equipment storage yard on a 10 acre parcel located on the south side of County Road 38 approximately 600 feet west of Trunk Highway 52. Sowles Properties Limited has submitted a petition requesting to rezone the property from Agricultural to General Industrial. Mr. Ed Dunn, the property owner, is also requesting a metes and bounds lot division of the subject property. At the August 13 regular meeting of the Planning Commission it was recommended that the City Council set a public hearing to consider the petition and the lot division request on the property. The Public Hearing will be scheduled for the September 3, 1991 Council meeting. RECOMMENDED ACTION: Set Public Hearing for L.H.
