The City has received an Application for a temporary 3.2% beer license for
the date of September 2, 1991. The American Legion would like to sell 3.2%
beer outside in the parking lot for their 44th Annual Booya event.
The American Legion has paid the $30 license fee.
As of this writing, they have not submitted proof of liquor liability for
the beer sales. I have spoken with their agent, who has advised the City
will receive proof prior to the license date.
RECOMMENDED ACTION: APPROVE TEMPORARY 3.2% BEER LICENSE FOR THE
ROSEMOUNT AMERICAN LEGION WITH AN EFFECTIVE DATE OF SEPTEMBER 2, 1991,
SUBJECT TO PROOF OF LIQUOR LIABILITY INSURANCE.
