BECHTOLD - DIR ATTACZXr=S NONE AGENDA SECTION: OLD BUSINESS R Tr. 7t 6B At a previous meet -ng of the Council the presentation of the Carrolls Woods Master Plan was given by ,Teff Schoenbauer, the consultant for this project. Council was asked to table tfie subject to give further time for Ireview of the written document that was handedoutat the meeting. This tabling would also give the Carrolls Woods Master Plan Committee and the Parks & Recreation Committee additional time to review the proposal. When the plans were presented to the Parks & Recreation Committee there was a verbal presentation and a written document handed out to the Committee'Members and the audience. That written document had updzrtes that were not included at the time of that presentation to the Parks & Recreation Committee. The updates were included in the final draft to Council, however, it was delivered at too late of a date to make copies for Council and yet to give ample time for them to read and review it. A copy of the final draft was delivered to the members of the Carrolls Woods Committee and the Parks & Recreation Committee members. They were asked to compare the document to the information presented in verbal and written form to them earlier. The Parks & Recreation Committee took no action at'the Oct. 21,' 1991 Meeting. They felt that they had moved to accept the project as Presented at a previous meeting and did not need to make a second motion to that same affect. Comments received were that the document is written to include the information as agreed to with no changes recommended. Carrolls Woods Master Plan members that did make comments on the final draft did state that they felt the document was correct as presented. RECOFEMENDED ACTI02r': Motion to accept and to approve the Carrolls Woods Master Plan as Presented by Brauer & Associates. COUNCIL ACTION:
