For your adoption, attached is a draft of the resolution which will declare
the results of our city election on November 5, 1991.
After the polls close at 8:00 p.m.,
the election judge captains will run
results tapes at their respective polling places of the city's four
precincts. They will bring the results tapes back to city hall to be
"accumulated for final totals forthemayor and councilmembers seats. As
soon as we obtain these totals, they will be presented to you at the
Council meeting.

A RESOLUTION DECLARING RESULTS OF THE ELECTION AS THEY
APPEAR ON THE FACE OF THE ELECTION RETURNS AS MADE BY
THE ELECTION JUDGES AND SUBMITTED TO THE CITY CLERK
WHEREAS, The City of Rosemount held its Municipal Election on
November 5, 1991 to elect a mayor for a term of two (2) years and
two (2) councilmembers for a term of four (4) years.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that a canvass of the votes
revealed the following results for the Municipal Election:
