Minnesota City Managers Conference
I am requesting attendance at the 1991 Minnesota Cities Managers
Conference. This conference is held annually at Cragun's Resort in
Brainerd, Minnesota.
I have been fortunate to attend the last four years. This is always an
excellent opportunity to experience education and training in an atmosphere
shared with my peers.
This years program includes training sessions in:
1) the financial picture for the future for Minn. Cities
2) dealing with cuts in revenue
3) personnel management
4) dealing with stress/burnout
5) developing cities and growth management.
The funds are budgeted for in accounts 100-41320-01-439.
I request your approval to attend.
