OF VIOLATIONS IN THE CITY. 20 WEED VIOLATIONS, 38 HOUSING AND
MAINTENANCE VIOLATIONS, 45 JUNK PROBLEMS, 4 APPARENT VACANT PROPERTIES
AND 2 OTHERS. WEED AND JUNK VIOLATIONS WILL BE ADDRESSED BY STAFF.
EXAMPLES AND NUMBERS OF HOUSING MAINTENANCE PROBLEMS AND VACANT
PROPERTIES WILL BE PROVIDED TO COUNCIL AT FUTURE DATE FOR FURTHER
DISCUSSION.
