The Parks & Recreation Committee presented a list of names to
serve on the Master Plan Committee some time ago. That list was
approved by the City Council and is presently meeting on the first
Monday and third Thursday of each month.
Two additional committees are recommended. They are the sub
committees for the Car -rolls Woods Master Plan and the Town Green
Master Plan. Council recognition of these two committees and
approval of the names as selected by the Parks & Rec. Committee to
serve on these committees is requested. Following Council action
these citizens will be contacted as to a possible starting date
and scheduled dates for meetings that they will be taking part in.
The Parks and Recreation Committee feels that they have selected
citizens that do represent the interests of the city. An attached
page indicates the candidates considered for each of the
committees and the names of those citizens recommended for serving
on the committees.

RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Approve committees to serve to formulate master plans for the
areas of Town Green and Carrolls Woods. To approve the
names of the citizens listed above to serve on each of those
committees.
COUNCIL ACTION:
Approved.
