This item consists of the continuation of the hearing for the
reconstruction of the eastern portion of 145th Street and the intersection
of 145th Street and Chile Avenue and Chippendale Avenue.
Because of the lack of determination of certain factors surrounding this
project and the need to proceed with the reconstruction of the west end of
145th Street in conjunction with the Dakota County Diamond Path Project, I
am requesting that the council consider the formal continuation of the
public hearing on Project 212 to an undesignated time.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
To adopt a motion to continue
a time and place is set by the
residents of this action.
COUNCIL ACTION:
Approved.
