Attached for your review is a Premise Permit Application from the Rosemount
Lions Club for renewal of their gambling license to have pull -tabs at City
Limits Lanes and Lounge for the period January 1, 1992 to
December 31, 1992.
Police Chief Knutsen has reviewed the application and is recommending
approval by the City Council.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Motion to adopt A RESOLUTION APPROVING A MINNESOTA LAWFUL GAMBLING
PREMISE PERMIT APPLICATION.

A RESOLUTION APPROVING A MINNESOTA LAWFUL
GAMBLING PREMISE PERMIT APPLICATION
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rosemount received a
Premise Permit Application from the Rosemount Lions Club to
conduct lawful gambling within the City of Rosemount at City
Limits Lanes and Lounge, 15400 South Robert Trail.
WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the Premise Permit
Application and received a recommendation from the Chief of
Police to approve said application.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City'
of Rosemount approves the Premise Permit Application submitted by
the Rosemount Lions Club for the conduct of lawful gambling at
City Limits Lanes and Lounge during the period of
January 1, 1992 through December 31, 1992.

I hereby consent that local law enforcement officers, the
board or agents of the board, or the commissioner of
revenue or public safety, or agents of the commissioners,
may enter the premises to enforce the law.

The board is authorized to inspect the bank records of the
gambling account whenever necessary to fulfill
requirements of current gambling rules and law.
