The property in Rosemount where their current business is located has been sold to Koch Refinery. On this proposed site, Solberg intends to build a office/repair shop building and equipment storage yard. Solberg Aggregate has submitted a petition requesting to rezone the property from Agricultural to General Industrial. Planning Staff recommends that a public hearing be set to consider the petition. The Public Hearing will be scheduled on October 1, 1991. The Planning Commission will review the petition and make a recommendation to the City Council at their September 24 Regular Meeting.
