This item consists of holding a public hearing to consider the
improvements to Diamond Path and 145th Street. 145th Street
Improvements are being considered from Shannon Parkway to the Diamond
Path Improvements, City Projects #212/206. The feasibility reports
were accepted at the September 4, 1990/April 3, 1990 Council meetings.
The Diamond Path part of the project is in conjunction with Dakota
County and the City will be working with Dakota County on this
section, however the 145th Street section is mentioned in Project 206
and would be most convenient to do at this time.
The City Administrator has also invited people along Diamond Path and
145th Street that would not be assessed. Because of their related
access to the project they will have an opportunity to be informed and
provide input.
Upon conclusion of the public hearing and with the public's support of
the project, Council must order plans and specifications.
RECOMMENDED ACTION: Motion to adopt a resolution approving Diamond Path
Improvements/145th Street from Shannon Pkwy to Diamond Path, Projects
212/206 and a Motion to order preparation of plans and specifications.

AND 145TH STREET FROM SHANNON PARKWAY
TO DIAMOND PATH
CITY PROJECT #206
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rosemount by a unanimous
vote ordered a feasibility report for Diamond Path Street
Improvements/145th Street from Shannon Parkway to Diamond Path,
City Projects #212/206; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has received and accepted the feasibility
reports on September 4, 1990 on City Project #212 and April 3, 1990
on City Project #206; and
WHEREAS, the City Council ordered and held a public hearing to
receive input on the project.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of
Rosemount hereby orders the improvements of Diamond Path Street
Improvements/145th Street from Shannon Parkway to Diamond Path
Improvements, City Project #212/206.

WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rosemount by a unanimous
vote ordered feasibility reports of Diamond Path Street
Improvements/145th Street Improvements, City Project #212/206; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has received and accepted the feasibility
reports on City Projects #212/206 on the 4th day of September,
1990/ and the 3rd day of April, 1990; and
WHEREAS, the City Council ordered and held a public hearing to
receive input on the Projects.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of
Rosemount orders the plans and specifications for the improvements
of Diamond Path Street Improvements (145th Street to Connemara
Trail), City Project #212/145th Street from Shannon Parkway to
Diamond Path, City Project #206.
ADOPTED this 5th day of March, 1991.
