This application was originally submitted in January, 1990. The City Council chose to defer action on this item until completion of the Comprehensive Guide Plan. In consideration of the action by the City Council, regarding the L.H. Sowles Guide Plan Amendment hearing request, I would recommend the City Council set a public hearing to consider this request. There is proper time to publish and mail notices of this hearing, in order to be held on March 19th. RECOMMENDED ACTION: MOTION to set a public hearing at 8:00 p.m. March 19, 1991 to consider the Solberg Aggregate Comprehensive Guide Plan amendment. COUNCIL ACTION: Approved.
