APPLICATIONS FOR LICENSE TO SELL CIGARETTES
The City has received two additional applications to sell cigarettes at
Shenanigans, On -Sale, 14605 South Robert Trail, Rosemount, Minnesota and
Kady's Bar, 14550 South Robert Trail. They have supplied the state
required Business Tax Identification Numbers and their Social Security
Numbers along with the $12.00 annual permit fee.
I respectfully request your approval of these licenses.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Motion to approve Theisen Vending Co. for a license to sell cigarettes
in Shenanigans and Louie's Incorporated, at Kady's Bar for the 1991
year.
