I have been informed by the State Gambling Control Board this would be a renewal of their license even though Kady's has been vacant for over a year. The Knights of Columbus kept their licence in effect even though the license was on a non-active status during this period of time. Lieutenant Dwayne Kuhns has reviewed the application and is recommending approval by the City Council. County Road B CITY OF ROSEMOUNT DAKOTA COUNTY, MINNESOTA RESOLUTION 1991- A RESOLUTION APPROVING A MINNESOTA LAWFUL GAMBLING PREMISE PERMIT APPLICATION WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rosemount received a Premise Permit Application from the Knights of Columbus #5569 to conduct lawful gambling within the City of Rosemount at Kady's, 14450 South Robert Trail. WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the Premise Permit Application and received a recommendation from Lieutenant Dwayne Kuhns of the Rosemount Police Department to approve said application. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Rosemount approves the Premise Permit Application submitted by the Knights of Columbus ##5569 for the conduct of lawful gambling at Kady's during the period of February 1, 1991 to February 1, 1992.
