Because there has not been enough time to work with Council in
determining a street assessment policy prior to the January 15, 1991
continuation of the public hearing for Project #206, 145th Street
Reconstruction, we are suggesting that this public hearing be
continued to February 26, 1991. Council should schedule a time to
consider the assessment policy prior to that.
The revised project schedule based on a February 26, 1991 hearing
would be as follows in order to complete construction in 191:
Order project & plans/specs
Receive plans/specs; advertise
Open bids
Award contract
Begin construction
Complete construction
February 26, 1991
April 2, 1991
May 3, 1991
May 21, 1991
June 1, 1991
September 1, 1991
RECOMMENDED ACTION: Motion to reset the continued public hearing for
Project #206, 145th St Reconstruction, to February 26, 1991 at 7:00
p.m. in the Council Chambers at City Hall.
COUNCIL ACTION:
Approved.
