We have received the updated cost information from the architect, and staff is preparing a complete program for communication with the general public and the development of information dissemination in regards to the referendum. I am planning on making a presentation to you on January 15, 1991 at the regular council meeting and at that time will be requesting a formal approval of the format of the ballot question(s) and the official setting of the referendum date. I have recently met with representatives of the National Guard and the architect's office and will be providing a written and verbal update to you in regards to the project.
