Minutes of January 2, 1991 Special MeetingROSEMOUNT CITY PROCEEDINGS SPECIAL MEETING JANUARY 2, 1991 Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a special closed meeting of the City Council of the City of Rosemount was duly held on Tuesday, January 2, 1991, at 6:00 p.m. in the Council Lounge at City Hall. Mayor Napper called the meeting to order with all members present. Mayor Napper advised the purpose of the meeting was to review and discuss recommendations from the city administrator with regards to union contracts for 1991 and 1992 and to salary and benefit adjustments for full-time non- union employees for 1991. City Administrator reviewed his memorandum dated December 28, 1990 which outlined his recommendations. See Clerk's File 1991-2. By unanimous consent Council adjourned the meeting at 7:30 p.m. to conduct the regular council meeting of January 2, 1991. Mayor Napper reconvened the special closed council meeting in the Council Lounge at 9:30 p.m. following adjournment of the regular council meeting. After further review and discussion of the proposed salary and benefit adjustments, Council directed the city administrator to put together a final package for the police union, public works union and full-time non- union employees.
