Due to a change in the road alignment, serving the proposed
subdivision, staff have requested that the preliminary plat
process be re-initiated. The Planning Commission reviewed the
revised plat on January 8, 1991 and recommended the City Council
set a public hearing to receive comment on the preliminary plat.
The Park and Recreation Committee is expected to act on the plat
on January 21. The Planning Commission will make its final
recommendation on January 22.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Motion to set a public hearing for the Valley Wood Estates
preliminary plat at 8:00 p.m., February 5, 1991.
COUNCIL ACTION:
Approved.
