On Tuesday, April 30th, following the Board of Review meeting we
will meet in an informal setting, upstairs in the large
conference room, to have discussion relating the various
departments and what projects are occurring, concerns the
department heads have and issues they would like to communicate
to you.
I trust that this will be a good opportunity to "just talk about
our operations" and not get into heavy discussion on any issue(s)
or attempt to resolve any issues.
I have copied to you the memo I distributed to the departments in
preparation for the meeting. I hope it establishes, fairly
clearly, what I would hope to accomplish that evening and the
time frame for it.
I appreciate the opportunity to have this session and hope it
will be constructive.
