corporation ("City") , and JOHN J. HAWKINS and JOAN L. HAWKINS,
husband and wife ("Hawkins") .
RECITALS
WHEREAS, on October 3 , 1989, the City levied special
assessments against the following described property ("subject
property") for City Improvement Project 176 ("the Project") in
the principal amount of $3 , 264 . 00:
PARCEL NUMBER ASSESSMENT
34-03010-010-39 $ 408. 00
34-03010-010-41 1, 632 . 00
34-03010-010-42 1, 224 . 00
and
WHEREAS, on or about November 1, 1989, Hawkins` filed a
Notice of Appeal of the above-referenced special assessments; and
