RE; Termination of Medical Leave - Bernie Szczesniak
Bernie has supplied the Rosemount Fire Department with the
necessary doctor ' s statement indicating that he will be able to
return to active duty with the fire department as of February 15,
1990. The membership, at a special meeting which was held
February 13, 1990, approved termination of the medical leave for
Bernie Szczesniak. We look to the council to ratify this action.
If approved, Bernie Szczesniak will return to active duty as of
February 21 , 1990.
�le will be very glad to have Bernie back to fu11 active duty
status as he often is able to respond to' day calls because of his
work schedule. As you know, we are always short of ,people during
the day and cannot afford to not have everyone respond. We have
over the past few months been short of day people and as many as
four people have not been able to respond. By the time the
council would take action on this matter, we should only be one
day person short.
