Approve Core Facilities Pavment to U S Homes for Gountry Hills 3rd
Addition
Recommended action for Council to take regardinq this matter is to approve
of reimbursement for Core Facilities built by the developer in the Country
Hills 3rd Addition. At the February 12, 1990 Utility Commission meeting
the Utility Commission recommended approval of this reimbursement from our
sanitary sewer and watermain core fund to U. S. Homes, pending receipt of
an outstanding inspection services bill.
