RE: Town Green Planning Consult�nt�
In reviewing the alternativea for obtaining the necessary
services in planning and designing the Town Green, Erickson Park,
Armory site complex and haw they can be best designed and
utilized, it was ny determination that a professional landscape
architectural firm should be utilized.
Further, I believe the best approach to ut�.lize would be to go
through an RFP process and select the firm to utilize based on
our needs, the cost of those services and the qualification of
the firm.
It is my recommendation therefore, that staff proceed to dr�tft
the RFP (Request For Froposal) for the pro�ect and bring this
back for �rour review on April 17 , 1990.
I will expound on this recommendation at the Council meetin$ on
Tuesday.
