RE: Purcha$e of Offiee Furniture
The sergeants' room in the Police Department was remodeled to provide
additional office space for general city staff. Two members of my
department, Lisa Jost and Cindy Schumann, Lisa's part time as�istantf
have agreed to move into that office area.
Most o£ the off3ce equipment required wi11 come £rom the present office
area8 now uaed by Lisa and her stafE. Furniture needed to se� up the
office wi11 be purchased from account numbers 101 - 4IS1Q - O1 - 56Q
and 101 - 45100 - O1 - 209.
Quotes for the furniture were received from Fair Book & Office Supply
and Institutional Sales Inc..

Due to the fact that Institutional Sales, Inc: does not handle all of
the items requested we are recaa�ending to purchase all items from Fair
Book. This will a11ow for delivery and installatian of all items on a
coordinated basis by one vendor.
Council action is requested to gurchase the above listed furniture
ite�s from Fair Book for a price of $ 3651.00. .
