RSSOLUTION 1990-
A RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTIUN 1990 - 3
(A RESOLUTION NAMING DEPOSITURIBS/FINANCIAL
INSTITUTIONS FOR GITY FUNDS)
WHEREAS, the Citq Council of the City of Rasemount did adopt
Resolution 1990 - 3 naming certain banking agencies as
depositories for city funds; and
WHEREAS, there is a need to name additional agencies as Of�icial
Depositories .
NOW THERSFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City
of Rosemount does hereby amend Resolution 1990 - 3 to include as
designated depositories for city funds, First Bank Systems,
Marquette Bank of Apple Valley and Midway National Bank, and a11
branch offices of the aforementioned savings and financial
inatitutions who are quali£ied to guarantee investments up to
$100,000 through the Federal peposit Insurance Corporation and

secured collateral.
