Dir. � � ATTACHMENTS: (1) Resolution APPR B : This item consist of accepting the public utilities and streets the developer of the Wensmann 3rd Addition installed under his own private contract. The Public Works Department observed the construction of the improvements and is recommending the City accept the utility and: streets installed by the developer within the Wensmann 3rd Addition. RECOMMENDED ACTION: Motion to adopt a resolution accepting the public improvements installed under private contract for Wensmann 3rd Addition Street and Utility Improvements, Project #510. COUNCIL ACTION: - Adopted resolution. 7 GITY OF ROSEMOIJNT DAKOTA COIIN'PY, MINNESOTA RESOLUTION 1990 - � A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS INSTALLED IINDER PRIVATE CONTRACT FOR WENSMANN 3RD ADDITION STREET & UTILITY IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT #510 WHEREAS, the City of Rosemount entered into a development contract on May 17, 1989 with Wensmann Realty, the developer; and WHEREAS, the development contract was for the platting and development of Wensmann 3rd Addition; and �iEREAs, the developer elected to install public improvements under private contract; and WHEREAS, the public improvements were installed following Gity approved plans and specifications; and WHEREAs, the public improvements were inspected by City personnel and found to be in compliance with the City approved plans and specifications. NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, the City Council accepts the streets and utilities constructed within the Wensmann 3rd Addition, Project #510, for continual maintenance.
