RE: Approval of Ineorporation of Off-Sale �ntoxicating Liquoz

Larry McFarland, owner ot Mac' s Bottle Shop located at 1507p
Chippendale Avenue, has ehanged the legal status of his business
from an individual to a corporation. Through the incorporation,
his wife, Jackie A. McFarland, is now listed as an incorporator.
This would be the only change from the original applicat�,on.
I am recommending that Council approve this change. The liquox
license would be in the name of Ma�' s Bottle Shop, Inc. as
oppased to Larry McFarland.
Chief Staats did run a background check on Jackie A. McFarland,
and the report indicated a clean record.
Recommended action as part of the Consent Agenda would be to
approve the change in ownership from Larry D. McFarland to Mac' s
Bottle Shop, Inc. regarding the off-sale intoxicating liquor
license for Mac' s Bottle Shap.
