SUBJ: FINAL PAYMENT FOR CITY HALL REMUDEL
The remodeling project in the City Hall, consisting of converting the deteatign Cell$in th�
Police Department to office space, is now complete.
Dave SaUter of Dosco/Johnson Contracting has requested final payment. I have ;�view�d '
the changes we made and agree wich the charges.
The original con[ract amount was $9,860. After deletions and additions, the final contract .
amount was $9,800. A partial payment was made in the amount of $2,500 on March 22,
2990. This payment was made at 50% completion, leaving a balance of $7,30p due upon
total completion. The request submitted is for $7,300. .
The new offices turned out very nice. You are welcome to tour them at your Convenience.
I recommend approval of payment.
