This item consist of adopting the attached resolution that receives the
assessment roll and sets the public hearing to cansider this assessment
roll for April 17, 1990. This date will allow us adequate time to prepare
and send out the public notices and published notices required for this
hearing.
Recommended action for Council to consider is to adopt the attached
resolution receiving the assessment roll and setting a public hearing for
April 17, 1990 at 8: 00 p.m. to cvnsider the adoption of this assessment
roll.

SHANNON PARKWAY/CONNEMARA TRAIL $TREET & UTILITY
IMPROVEMENTS OF 1988
PROJECT � 189
WHEREAB, the City C1erk, with the assistance a� the City consulting
engineer, has prepared an assessment roll Por the 5hannon
Farkway/Cannemara Trail Street & Utility Improvements, and said
proposed assessment roll is on fi7.e with the City Clerk and open
to public inspeetion;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of
Rosemount, Minnesota, as follows:
1. The Clerk shall publish notice that this Council will meet to
consider the proposed assessments on April 17, 1990, at 8s00
o'clocl� p.m. , or as soon thereafter as possible, in the City
Ha11 of said City af Rosemount, Minnesota. The published
notice shall be in substantially the form set forth on Exhibit
A attached hereto.
2 . A copy of the notice in substantially the form set forth in
Exhibit B attached hereto shall be mailed to the owners of
each parcel of property described in the assessment roll.
. 3. Said notice attached as Exhibit A hereto shall be published
by the City Clerk in the official newspaper at least two weeks
-�-� prior to the hearing and the notice attached hereto as Exhibit
B shall be mailed by the Clerk to the owners of each parcel
described in the assessment roll.
4. The Clerk shall mail to the owner a notic� stating the amount
of the adopted assessment. Owners must also be notified by
mail of any changes adopted by the Council in interest rates
or prepayment requirements from those contained in the mailed
notiee of the praposed assessment.
