Contract 1990-1 Pine Bend Trail Im�rovements� Citv Project 199
This item consist of adopting the attached resolution approving plans and
specifications and authorizing a bid opening date for Apri�. 27, 1990 at
10:D0 a.m. Council approved this project last fall for construction this
summer.
Recommended action for Council to consider is to approve the plans and
specifications and authorize an advertisement for bids for Contract 1990-
1, Pine Bend Trail Improvements, to be opened on April 27, 1990 at 7,0:00
a.fitt.

AND AUTHORIZING ADVERTISEMENT OF BID8
PINE BEND TRAIL IMPROVEMENT8
PROJECT 199
WHEREA3, the Consulting Engineers for the City have prepared
final plans and speca.fications for Fine Bend Trail Improvements,
Project #199, and such plans and specifications have been
presented ta this Counci� for approval:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City
of Rosemount, Minnesota:
1. Such plans and specifications are hereby approved and
ordered placed on file a,n the office of the City Clerk.
2. The City Clerk shall prepare and cause to be inserted in the
official City newspaper and in the Construction Bulletin an
advertisemen� for bids upon the making of such improvements
under such approved plans and specifications for Project
. #199.
�---- 3 . The advertisement shall be published in each of said
publications at least once not less than ten (10) days
before the date set for opening bids, shall specify the work
to be done, shall state that bids will be publicly opened on
April 27, 1990 at 10: 00 o'clock a. m. at Rosemount City Hall
in said City and that no bids will be considered unless
sealed and filed with the City Clerk and accompanied by a
cash deposit, cashier's check, bid bond or certified check
payable to the City Clerk for five (5�) percent of the
amount of sueh bid.
ADOPTED this 20th day of March, 1990.
