RE: Shannon Park Electrical Installation Cost Increase
This memo serves as request to expend funds to cover change items
related to the irrigation pro�ect of Shannon Park.
The larger transformer instalied to supply power to the park was
selected in the park planning to allow for future lighting systems to
the ball fields. That over sizing of the transformer was failed to be
con�idered when the estimates were requested for the irrigation
electrical installation.
A transformer will be required to be installed in the control building
�o reduce the power supply to the irri�ation control system. Labor and
material increases total approximately $ 1,200.00. The original cost
estimate for the project was $ 2,161.00.
Council approval is requested for funds from account
�6 22I — 4800 — 3404 for an amount not to exceed $ 1,200 to cover
additional costs for the electrical control system installation for the
Shannon Park irrigation pro3ect.
