RE: Open House - April 30th, 7 :Q0 p.m.
Following are my recommendations far the program for April 30,
our second open house and state of the city message to the
community.
- Open the meeting with the Pledge of Allegiance.
- Statement by Mayor Napper, welcoming people and giving
a "brief" statement on the goal. setting process.
- Presentation by Steve Jilk reviewing the goals and
strategies resulting from the session of January 3Q.
- Closing comments by Mayor and/or council.
- Social time for everyone with coffee, cookies, punch.

I am unable to be present at our Ap�il 24, 1990 work session and
I wanted you to consider this concept and provide any ideas or
changes so we can proceed with plans .
