Periodically, Koch Refining sends a number of their fire fighters
to training at ;Texas A & M University. This year Koch Refining
has valunt��rec1 to sponso� snd send a fire fighter from the
department� vf` Inver Grove' Heights, Hastings, Eagan, and
Rosemount` in additic►n to their own members. The training will
