SET HEARING FOR WENSMANN FIFTH ADDITION - REZONING
Herb Wensmann, developer of the Wensmann Additions PUD has
petitioned for rezoning, of the proposed Wensmann Fifth Addition
from Agriculture to R-1 Single Family Residential. Wensmann Fifth
Addition a 38 lot subdivision, represents the final phase of the
206 lot Wensmann Additions Planned Unit Development.
The Planning Commission has recommended approval of rezoning of the
proposed Wensmann Fifth Addition. Staff requests that the City
Council set a Public Hearing to consider this rezoning for Tuesday,
July 3, 1990, at 8:00 p.m. or as soon thereafter as possible.
