RE; Approval of Non-Intoxicating Malt Liquor Licenses for
1 990-91
As part of the Consent Agenda for the June 19, 1990 Council
Meeting, I recommend your approval of the Applications for
Renewal of Non-Intoxicating Liquor Licenses {3.2 beer) from the
following:
(1 ) Tom Thumb Store #276 (Canada Avenue) - Off Sale
(2) Tom Thumb Stare #123 (Dodd Blvd. ) - Off Sale
( 3) Pizza Hut - On Sale
{ 4} Holiday Stationstore #222 (Chippendale Ave. ) - Off Sale
(5) Rich Valley Golf Club - Off Sale & On Sale
( 6) Brockway Golf Club - Off Sale & On Sale.
Al1 of these entities have paid the required license fees and
submitted proof of satisfactory insurance liability.
I also request that yau approve under the Consent Agenda a
Temporary Non-Intoxicating Malt Liquor License to be issued to
Dakota County 40 & 8 Voiture 1457 for the dates July 2$ and 29,
1990, The 40 & 8 annually holds a chicken bar-b-que during
Leprechaun Days at the American Legion and sells beer at this
time. The application is in order, the license fee has been paid
and proof of liability insurance has been submitted.
