I am requesting authorization for Tracie Pechonick to
represent the City at the lOth Annual Star City Conference,
September 26-27 in Minneapolis. If everything stays on
schedule the City could receive its "Designation" at the
conference. The cost of the two-day registration is
$115. 00.
