I Mr. Otto Ped has petitioned the City to rezone his 160 farm
situated on the south side of C.S.A.H. 42 approximately 1/4
west of Emery Avenue from Agriculture Preserve to Agriculture.
The purpose of this rezoning accommodate a request to allow
Bituminous Roadways, Inc. to conduct a sand and gravel mining
operation on the property. �

RECOMMENDED FCTION: Approve
