Mr. Palmer Peterson of Bituminous Roadways, Inc. has petitioned
the City to consider a Zoning Text Amendment to amend Section 6. 1
(permitted uses for Agriculture District) to recognize Mineral
Extraction as a permitted use in the Agriculture District east of
State Trunk Highway 52 subject to Mineral Extraction permit
requirements as specified in Section 14 . 8 . The purpose of this
amendment is to allow Mr. Peterson to pursue issuance of a
Mineral Extraction permit for the Otto Ped property.
RECOMMENDED ACTION: Approved��
Motion to set a hearing date for September 18, 1990
at 8 : 00 p.m. to consider a Zoning Text Amendment
(Mineral Extraction)
