This item consists o� requesting council to authorize the purchase of
a sander for our newly purchased single axle dump truck. This item
is less than $2 , 000 so we didn 't include it in the 1990 CIP.
However, we need to replace it as the old sander on unit tt208 , which
ti�as sold at auction, is shot.
Public Works Superviscr Widstrom obtained the following two (2)
quotes for the sander:
Zuf�ridge-Johnson $1, 779
Crysteel $2 , 018
I would recommend that we purchase the sander from Ruffridge-Johnson
at $1, 779 . I would propose using funds from account 101-43121-01-
384 . This would leave about $2 , 873 in that account.
