COMMUNITY CENTER REFERENDUM SCHEDULE
September 4, 1990 .
1 . If referendum is held on November 6, 1990 use #1 schedule
attached.
This schedule can probablp be followed and accomplished, but
problem of not having "very accurate" cost data exists.
Drawing and cost data would be better to have before
question is formed for ballot.
If cost estimates determined during final design are much '
higher, this could cause a problem.
2. If referendum is not held in November, consider a referendum
in February. This would of course be separate and single
issue election. Then consider the schedule attached #2
schedule. _
