Re: Continuation of 145th Street Reconstruction Improvement Public
Hearing and Cost to be Assessed Clarification
Property Owner,
This letter is to inform you that City Staff will be recommending
to the Council at the July 17, 1990 regular Council meeting ta
continue the Public Hearing for the 145th Street Reconstruction
Improvements, Part A, Project #206, until September 18 , 1990 at
8: 00 p.m. The reason we are recommending the continuation is to
allow us time to formulate the street reconstruction policy that
Council is considering.
In addition, this letter is to inform you of the mistake in the
public notice that indicated the cost to be assessed at $210, 000.
The actual amount that is estimated to be assessed that Staff
presented at the June 21, 1990 Public Hearing is $381, 600.
We appreciate your interest, concerns and input regarding this
proposed project. You will receive another reminder prior to the
September 18 , 1990 meeting.
