SUBJ: ACCEPT DEMOLITION BIDS / AWARD CONTRACT
As approved by the City Council and the Economic Development
Authority, staff went out for bids for the demolition of
improvements on the Launderville, Doyle and Schneider properties.
The bid opening is scheduled for 2:00 p.m. on Monday, July 16,
1990. Staff anticipates selecting a bid prior to Tuesday evening
and will be present at the City Council and EDA Meetings to report
the bid amounts and to make a final recommendation.
