RE: Tentative Meeting Schedule
I have reviewed the dates that each of you have submitted which
you would be unable to attend meetings over the next few months
in an attempt to put together a revised meeting/workshop
schedule.
I have attempted to utilize a combination of Wednesdays after
council meetings, off Tuesdays and Saturdays. Attempting to
accomplish some sort of approach to this and work within your
schedules, department directors schedules and pre-set
commission/committee meetings . What I have come up with is my
best attempt. I hope it meets with pour approval.
